How Delivery Works

Delivery to Bellingham and Sudden Valley is now available within 24 hours!

Selecting your product

Pumped provides low-waste finished goods as well as bulk refillable products. When selecting a bulk product, you will have the option to choose a fill in your own container or a container for purchase. As soon as your order is placed, we'll reach out to confirm if we will be stopping by same day or the following day (within 24 hours of order date/time).

Getting ready for delivery

Make sure to clearly label your containers and place them where we can easily locate them. It is possible to have delivery occur within just a few hours of your placing it, so if you are unable to get containers out until a certain time, just reach out and let us know. Delivery instructions can be included when you place your order but if you forget to include instructions while placing your order, reach out via email or text (hello@pumpedgoods.com or 360-366-6530).

Payment on bulk refills

We won't know how much we fill until we get to you. You will be sent an invoice for any outstanding amount due minus the amount paid on your initial order. You also have the option of ordering a specific amount of product if you know how much will fit in your container or if you only want a certain amount. Options!

How it all started and how it is continuing!

Previous owner, Leah, started looking for alternatives to single use plastic options and got stuck on dish soap. After not being able to find an option for liquid dish soap that was not sold in plastic, worked well, and was affordable, she figured if she was struggling to find easy alternatives, others were likely too. 

With the belief that we all need to be making better decisions about how we treat our bodies and our planet, Leah started Pumped with the goal to make better decisions every day by reducing waste with refillable, sustainable products.

After 4 years in business, Leah decided to step back from Pumped, opting to close the business to spend more time with her family. This is where I come in. It saddened me to see this Bellingham staple go the way of the dodo, so I reached out to Leah to see if she would be willing to sell, and she said YES!

Hi! My name is Sydni. A regular customer of Pumped, an obsessive recycler and proud supporter of local businesses. I'm always in search of ways to be better to this beautiful place we call home, so I am excited to continue offering a place for you and your family to source the best sustainable, refillable goods.

Our Core Values

We are very careful in choosing the companies we work with. We want to support closed-loop (product packaging is sent back to manufacturer to be sanitized and reused, eliminating waste), local companies whenever possible. We want to help you choose companies that share your values as well. Use our filtering system to choose closed-loop, vegan, woman-owned, or West Coast based companies.

Conservation

To us, it is not enough to cut down on our own single-use plastic waste. We want to ensure the companies we are working with take this seriously as well. We prioritize working with closed-loop and zero-waste companies as well as companies striving to affect change.

Transparency

We believe that honesty creates trust. We are straightforward and can be counted on to give you the facts and to tell you when we don’t have the answers…and then we will go find them for you.

We are still learning every day. We will always be looking for better products, more efficient ways to bring you products and information, and great new ideas!
